Community Director

Amy Shub

A Davidson native, Amy is thrilled to be back in her hometown serving as Community Manager at NOVEL Davidson. With a passion for creating welcoming spaces, she is dedicated to helping residents feel right at home in this beautiful community. Outside of work, Amy loves traveling, exploring interior design, and getting lost in a good book. Her favorite moments are spent with family and her beloved pup, Petunia—better known as “Tuna.” Amy’s favorite thing to do in Davidson is take walks around town with Tuna and enjoy the incredible local food scene—whether it’s a black & white milkshake from The Soda Shop or the squid ink conchiglie and duck fat potatoes from Kindred.

Hannah Gillum

 A Midwest girl through and through with a big heart, a creative mind, and a love for staying active. She's happiest when making something with her hands, whether it’s a craft project, DIY home decor, or personalized gifts for friends and family. When she's not being crafty, you’ll find her at the gym, on a run, or playing sports. She also has two golden doodles and they’re her best buds, constant companions, and honestly the most spoiled members of the household. She's down-to-earth, loves meeting new people, and believes life is better when you’re surrounded by positivity, creativity, and a little bit of chaos (the fun kind). 
One of her favorite things about Davidson, NC is its perfect mix of small-town charm and vibrant community energy. The historic downtown—with its cozy shops, local cafés, and friendly faces—is the kind of place where everyone feels welcome. Plus, having beautiful Lake Norman nearby means endless outdoor fun, from kayaking and paddleboarding to relaxing by the water. It’s the kind of town where creativity, nature, and connection come together effortlessly.

Miranda Addison

Meet Miranda, Leasing Consultant at NOVEL Davidson! Miranda is thrilled to be back in Davidson, the town where she grew up and went to school. She loves seeing how much the community has grown while still holding onto the charm she remembers. Some of her favorite memories of Davidson include walking to Soda Shop to grab a treat every Friday after school with her friends. When she’s not helping new residents find their perfect home, you can find Miranda spending time with her family or lacing up her skates for some fun at the ice rink.
