My husband and I moved to NOVEL Davidson as a stepping stone after downsizing from the home we lived in for 15 years, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The team here is truly exceptional. From touring the property to helping us select the perfect apartment, they guided us every step of the way. Their daily interactions, whether assisting with mail or simply asking how our day is going, are thoughtful, kind, and consistently above and beyond.
We love our apartment and its elevated features, as well as the beautiful clubhouse with a pool, gym we use daily, and the 24/7 espresso machine (a favorite perk!). The location is also ideal; walkable to downtown Davidson with great restaurants and shopping nearby.
NOVEL Davidson is quaint yet upscale, welcoming, and perfect for this stage of life. We’re so grateful to call it home.

FINALLY, Davidson, NC has a luxury apartment community! We moved in during December, though only a few of the seven buildings are complete. The place is fabulous! As soon as the road construction leading into it is complete, it will not only be walkable to adorable downtown Davidson, but extremely convenient to Cornelius and Huntersville and beyond. And, with road crews working daily, the road work should be completed shortly.
The apartments are spacious, well designed, and the community has a terrific suite of amenities, including a nice pool, beautiful clubhouse, outdoor seating, and even bicycles for exploring the local area.
When the sidewalk is completed (and it's 99% done), Novel Davidson will be a short 2 block walk to the Lake Norman YMCA.
I'll be honest. The convenience of this community exceeds anything in the area, and having access to Davidson, the college, Main Street, the Lake Norman area, and a plethora of restaurants, makes this special. Once the road work getting into the community is completed, I have the feeling there's going to be a rush to lease these units. Act quickly, while there is plenty of availability!

I recently toured the property with Hannah, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the amenities in detail, and made the whole process feel relaxed and welcoming.

NOVEL Davidson is a beautiful community and I am looking forward to being apart of it. Amy the Community manager has been wonderful from our first interaction. What elevates / deteriorates your apartment experience is how it is managed and I can already tell Amy is going to be wonderful. She is friendly, knowledgable about the area, answered all my (many) questions and has communicated well along the way. I’ll definitely update after move in but expect it to be even more positive. NOVEL Davidson is a beautiful community tucked right next to Cornelius in charming Davidson. The floor plans, features, and amenities truly stand out—they’re some of the best you’ll find in the area.
